Real glad to bring you the 2nd installment of the “For Connoisseurs & Fly Kids” trilogy bringing the ‘Golden Era Hip Hop’ to today, reimagining heavy beats, lyrical dexterity, along with lush loops & chops. As brought to you by OXGN (pronounced Oxygen) aka Steve Austin & BAM, vets in the game showing you how it’s done.

Heavily ingrained within the ‘Pure Form’ of Hip Hop their style is a musical form of vocal delivery that incorporates "rhyme, rhythmic speech, and street vernacular". The delivery and cadence of these two MC’s captivate with high-energy performances on track that transport audiences sonically.

Just to remind you, hailing from North West London they grew up in neighbouring postcodes and performed with different groups. BAM formerly a member of Scientists of Sound and Steve Austin who was a member of TWINS, Espionage Team & Uprock Recordings.

The death of a mutual friend brought these literal Titans together. Both worked with super Broken Beat and Boogie Producer Daz-I-Kue on a track called ‘I Can’t Breathe’ in 2020. This collaboration led to ‘For Connoisseurs and Fly Kids’, a three-part EP containing 8 tracks. All member have laid their talents to the production board, with addition of BAM’s super talented cousin ‘Quest’ rounded of the team.

‘For Connoisseurs and Fly Kids’ transcends time with timeless qualities that engages your Connoisseur and your Fly Kids of all ages, all stages.
